ADMINISTRATIVE CONSTITUTION

 

MISSION STATEMENT

The Committee of Senior Business Administrators (CSBA) is a self-governing body, representative of the financial and administrative community of the university. CSBA is an advocate for and a leader in creating, reviewing and implementing business related university rules, processes, systems and associated training needs.

VISION STATEMENT

To develop, promote and enhance valued and respected business practices.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership of CSBA is comprised of senior business personnel from all divisions of Texas A&M University representing key business and administrative units of the University.

REVISIONS/AMENDMENTS

Revisions and/or amendments to the CSBA Constitution and/or CSBA By-Laws may be initiated through the pertinent current standing committee and will be reviewed by the Executive Committee prior to a full Committee vote. Adoption of any such revisions or amendments will be made upon a majority vote of the full Committee.
